The presence of IDC-P in a specimen may represent a late-stage occurrence in cases with high-grade, high-stage prostate adenocarcinoma. IDC-P is associated with aggressive prostatic adenocarcinoma and its presence in both core needle biopsy and radical prostatectomy specimens is associated with adverse prognosis.

Up to 60 percent of adults report that they have had nocturnal leg cramps. The recurrent, painful tightening usually occurs in the calf muscles, among the general population, especially elderly and can cause severe sleep disturbances. Nocturnal leg cramps are uncommon in younger adults, and young persons with nocturnal leg cramps may have a higher proportion of neuro-degenerative disorders.
Evolocumab is now on the PBS but as you'd expect, with lots of criteria to satisfy. They are very complicated and tedious but remember, these patients have significantly CAD on maximal statins and the LDL-C is still above target. And nothing else can bring the LDL-C any further lower. It cost > $10,000 per year but evolocumab (Repatha®) is on the PBS.
